Making document set-up quicker and easier

Using a WYSWYG tool such as PReS/Designer, Word/PReS or Word/Client can reduce your document set-up time to just minutes, allowing documents to be converted from their native format (i.e. Microsoft Word) to a format that can be used by the PReS production engines.

This approach doesn't just have to be used for the more simple mailings though, there are many more applications and reasons to use these time-saving tools, such as:

• A library of numerous paragraphs and documents could be constructed and pieced together at production-time, to generate client specific letters or policy documents
• Transactional documents can be constructed from components created using WYSWYG tools
• A client of a bureaux could set their own documents using familiar tools, such as Microsoft Word
